I recently had my fleet car serviced, and the courtesy car was excellent. Gary was a really nice chap, and I appreciate that it’s a family-run business. They came across as very honest and professional, and I’ll definitely be using them again for my partner’s car in the future.

Very grateful for this garage and their quick service.
Had my aux cable snap after a long journey and had no choice but to leave my car under their garage for the night. I called the next day to explain the situation and they had the car back with me in under 24 hours!
I think I got lucky with parts being easy to source and the garage staff squeezing me in on such short notice.
Truly couldn't ask for a better outcome either way!

I find it hard to believe the owner is rude ?? I had my car towed ther yesterday by AA and the owner was kind enough to spend almost 20 minutes explaning all the proceedure to change my WET BELTS on my Galaxy, which Ford never did when originally booked with Ford Dealer. Also as thier Labour charges are cheaper than Ford, and they are AA accredited repairers, they are fitting an new OIL PUMP wheras Ford were going to try and clean my old one, all for a lower price. This garage is so busy, obvious proof to the quality of thier work, which is guaranteed for peace of mind motoring

First time I visited this garage, I mixed up with the wrong appointment, which had a similar name but James sorted it out straight away. He was very friendly and helpful. The inside of the garage is very professional and clean.

I’ve had fantastic service from Gary and the team at Harlow Autocentre for 2 years now. I take both my vehicles and always get specialist advice and excellent service. The team fixed an issue with my motorhome days before my son’s 16th birthday at short notice, so I have them to thank for amazing memories with him!

I called at 2pm and needed a urgent MOT, they got me In for the same day at 4:30, I got there they guy welcomed me and took me through to the seating area, which was clean and very well decorated, I watched TV whilst I waited.
I didn’t have to wait long, I was offered tea and I was kept updated and checked to make sure I was ok, the car was done and paperwork was given to me, I paid and left, thank you for being so kind and helpful and getting me in last minute,

I booked my car in for a service using the online booking system on the Harlow Auto Centre website and the whole process could not have been simpler! Dropped my car off for its service and within a couple of hours I had a call from the team saying it was ready to be picked up. Really friendly and helpful staff. Will be recommending to family and friends!
